Personalized support for your relationships, emotional health, and personal growth.

Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. You might have read the books, listened to the podcasts, gone to therapy, saved a hundred posts.
Yet you still find yourself back in the same place when you're hurt, angry, afraid, or under pressure. That's where support becomes useful.

A lot of men are very good at figuring things out alone. That works until the problem involves the parts of you that are hardest to see clearly from the inside.
You can know you have an avoidant pattern and still shut down during conflict. You can understand your childhood wounds and still repeat the same hurtful behaviors with your partner.
Working with another person gives you somewhere to slow these moments down to look at what happened, understand what was happening underneath it, and process it at a deep enough level that you actually show up differently. Over time, this work transforms how you live.
Weekly
Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes depending on your coach and the work you're doing. You bring in what's happening and we work to process what’s underneath it.
Between sessions
Your coach may suggest journaling, mindfulness, breathwork, emotional processing techniques, body awareness, or reflection exercises drawn from their training.
As needed
Your coach will be available and check in with you regularly between sessions via text, voice notes, or email to help you stay accountable andfeel supported.
A lot of men spend years carrying things they don't know how to talk about:
Many men have never had a relationship where they felt safe enough to say everything they're feeling out loud. Without that space, you learn to hold it in, intellectualize it, or wait until it comes out in ways you regret. Coaching gives you permission to stop hiding and to speak honestly without needing to have it all figured out first.
Most of the behaviors men struggle with have a history. Understanding where a pattern comes from doesn't excuse harmful behavior, but it gives you a starting point for your inner work.
The man who shuts down
may have learned a long time ago that conflict wasn't safe.
The man who controls everything
may feel terrified when he loses a sense of certainty.
The man who gets defensive
may hear feedback as proof that he isn't good enough.
The man who can't talk about his feelings
may have spent most of his life learning to ignore them.
Your coach helps you become more aware of what happens inside you before the reaction, shutdown, or avoidance takes over. The more clearly you can see what's arising within you, the more choice you have over what happens next.
Personal growth is easy to understand while you're calm. The real challenge is when conflict arises and you both get activated; when you feel rejected, when you're exhausted, when you're both triggered. That's when good intentions often aren’t enough.
Private coaching gives you a place to revisit those moments, understand what happened, and process them at a deeper level. Having someone alongside you makes it much easier to keep facing the parts of you that are ready to grow.

Every man comes in with a different history, so we don't promise one specific result. However, men who've worked with our coaches commonly describe becoming:
Most of it comes back to something simple: knowing yourself well enough that you don't have to keep hiding from yourself or the people you love.
If you aren't sure which coach feels best for you, our program guide can help you find clarity and make a decision based on your situation.
Specialties
Who I work best with
Men who understand a lot about themselves but still struggle to stay grounded when emotions get intense — often dealing with relationship conflict, emotional reactivity, or old patterns that keep showing up even after years of personal growth.
A note from Jack
“Sam has a way of getting men to their edge without ever pushing them off it.”

Specialties
Who I work best with
Thoughtful, self-aware men who are doing well on the surface but sense that something deeper needs attention. They may be navigating a transition, questioning their direction or relationships, or struggling to turn insight into real change. Many are drawn to mindfulness, spirituality, or psychedelics but want to explore them without the dogma or clichés.
A note from Jack
“Louis held space for me through my divorce in a way nobody else could.”

So that she feels seen, safe, and supported by you, including when you’re in a conflict.

A lot of guys are stuck in their heads and disconnected from their bodies. Somatic work is about learning to notice and un-freeze your inner sensations and emotions, allowing you to resolve emotional trauma and become more grounded, present, and non-reactive.
A lot of guys struggle with losing the “spark” in their relationship because they don’t embody masculine leadership, create emotional safety, or attune to their partner’s emotional needs. Sexual polarity is a result of stepping powerfully into these elements of masculinity so that she feels safe to soften into her feminine energy and open herself to you – emotionally, energetically, and sexually.
I joined my first men’s group in 2017. Since then, I have been a part of many men’s groups, led 10+ of my own, and hosted over a dozen men’s retreats. My training spans conscious connected breathwork, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, heart rhythm meditation, mountain and canoe guiding, and executive leadership coaching. I have received training from a wide variety of schools, teachers, coaches, and therapists, including Harvard University, Breathwave, IAmHeart, and students of Osho, David Deida, Hazrat Inayat Khan, and Judith Kravitz. Of course, I have received the most “training” from the dojo of being in relationships.
My work is designed to be accessible for any man. By using body awareness, breath, embodiment, and visualization, you can achieve incredible levels of healing and self-mastery.
Yet at some point, every man gets triggered by doing inner work. You are forced to face defence mechanisms and survival patterns that have kept you safe for decades – which can be extremely challenging.
You will find success in this work not by forcing yourself through it, but by slowing down and asking “how can I create the love, safety, and capacity within myself to make it through this?”. This is true power.
